What we do with what you send us.

Who we are

Spektra 21 Limited, trading as Spektra Install. Company No. 11997323, VAT No. 334919091. Registered office: Unity House, Westwood Park, Wigan WN3 4HE. Privacy questions: hello@spektra-install.co.uk.

What we collect and why

What you enter in our enquiry forms: name, company, email, phone, project details and attached files. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if appointed, deliver the work. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and the steps towards a contract with you.

Who handles it

Forms are relayed by FormSubmit.co (our processor) to hello@spektra-install.co.uk and our team inboxes. We share it with no one else; drawings and tender data stay confidential.

Fonts and visit counts

Our pages load the Archivo typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens (Google privacy policy). Our team contact pages count visits with GoatCounter, which uses no cookies and keeps no personal data.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months if the enquiry does not lead to work; otherwise for the project and our statutory records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use: email hello@spektra-install.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
